2. Scope of Services

JL Partners LLC provides development and production services only. This includes but is not limited to:

We do not provide post-sale design modifications unless specifically agreed upon in the project contract. Clients are responsible for confirming all technical and design requirements prior to the start of any project.

All clients are required to consult with our team to discuss project specifications, goals, and requirements before making any purchase or entering into a development agreement. It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that the selected services and deliverables meet their expectations and needs.

4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once development or production has started. Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, returns or exchanges are not available. Clients are strongly encouraged to carefully assess and confirm their needs before making a purchase.
